STAY SNATCHED PART 2

So, I left my girl friend's and went home to get ready for church and of course, I got to church very late no thanks to the clubbing the previous day (That sure was the first and the last!)

Between leaving my friend's house and getting ready or church, the Holy Spirit reminded me when He placed it in my heart to be sensitive to what i eat and pay attention to my body. I became careful of what I let in through my mouth.

I did the following and still do:

  1. Eat fruits a lot especially Pawpaw, Cucumber, Orange and Pineapple. I love thezzzzzzz lol
  2. Water. #plenty. My sister and I do warm water and lemon tea then sometimes, Ginger and Garlic during weekends mostly.
  3. No Alcohol at all.
  4. Go off meat sometimes
  5. Avoid Eba at night. This is usually harder especially when the soup is new and fresh lol. When the temptation is intense, i just take some soup in a bowl without Eba or Fufu
  6. I explore fish and egg as am off meat
Am working towards been vegan lol hope i can.

Over all, I unconsciously explored healthy eating habits. I did all these not knowing that God saw ahead that I wouldn't be meeting my Booboaz immediately after graduating from school and concluding NYSC as I had earlier planned in my fairy tale. God busted my bubble which wasn't cool to be sincere lol, but this journey has revealed powerful parts of me that i never knew existed.

God needed me to stay attractive, I almost said sexy lol, before my religious people come for me lol. Looking back now, as i have passed my twenties and still drop dead gorgeous without dealing with the unwanted gifts that comes with getting older, I am glad I listened and obeyed God.

It would also be easy for me to keep myself in good shape as I get older because this habit is not foreign to me.

I also look out for Auntie mamas who take good care of themselves both online and around me - I love Heather Lindsey alot so, i watch and listen to her tips.

Now, you could be asking why is all this necessary. You could be saying all these wahala and denial just to look beautiful and stay snatched. Girl, it is beyond this. When you read in Exodus and see how God described what His temple and sanctuary should look like to Moses, then you would understand that God has taste, class and sophistication.

The details He gave on how the temple should look like plus the fact that he already inspired the craft men that would be endowed with the responsibility of building the temple ahead, made me understand that God requires the BEST.

Do you also know that, God was selective on the type of animal that was sacrificed to Him. He stressed it into the ears of the children of Israel that the animal used for sacrifice MUST be of specific type plus without any defect!

Our body is God's temple. As a single lady, it is even alot more because God is our Booboaz and Boo endorsed. Taking care of ourselves is not about us but for Him. In fact, the more we spend time with Him, at our spiritual spa, the more He teaches, leads, guides and inspires us to cherish ourselves and take good care of our bodies.

Spending time being booed up by Jesus as singles stretches us beyond abstinence from sex, to confidently dancing and glowing in His glory like His lovely lilies that we are.

Stay Snatched Girl!!!!💛
